Compare the contents of two folders, to see which files are different. The folders may be on different drives, or even on the network. The program will allow you to easily copy the updated files in either direction.

Small and nice synchronization tool from Oak Systems.
This tool is very simple to use. Just choose folder A and folder B (as we understood only 10 combinations of different folders are available, maybe because of trial version) and you can compare them to see what files are different, synchronize them, update folder A from folder B, or B from A. One thing we found not very convenient is that if you rename one file, after synchronization there will be both copies of that file. So you have to choose manually, witch folder to update and that’s not very comfortable. Also there is no such thing as “synchronize all” or something like that.
Check with antivirus and anti-spyware software didn’t find any malicious code in this synchronize tool.
The price of full version is £5. So we think it’s worth it. |
