ShadowBack will automatically back up important files to DVDR, CDR, disk, or tape without interfering with the user's productivity, yet keep backups as up to date as their latest save. It can backup just your unique work, ignoring files you can get from installation CDs.
ShadowBack will automatically back up all of your important files. ShadowBack knows when files have changed and can back them up immediately, knows how to back up data from popular applications even if they are running and have locked their data files, knows where popular applications store data, knows what data doesn't have to be backed up from popular applications, has an automatic mode where the user merely has to insert and label media, and has encryption and compression options.
