ShadowBack, by Warm And Fuzzy Logic, is a backup program that takes a very different approach from other backup products. The interface is very intuitive and the product is very easy-to-use, which makes it perfect for both new and experienced users. The program offers a couple of different modes, a "Simple Backup" and an "Advanced Backup". If you do an advanced backup you select the files and folder you want to have backed up as you would with most backup programs. Where it gets really interesting is when you go to do a "simple" backup. Select this option and you are presented with two choices. That's right, two. You can either tell the program to "Backup My Programs" or "Backup My Work". First time around I selected the option to backup "work" because that intrigued me. Just click the button and the program takes off, backing up things like documents, Internet bookmarks, even email. I was quite impressed with how fast the program worked, and what it picked out. The program rapidly navigated around my hard disk and didn't select files that weren't important. Very slick, but there's more!
