DirSync - Directory Synchronizer is a powerful and flexible folder/file synchronization, replication and backup product. For example if your file server is in the /data you can make a copy in /backup with the command : dirsync /data /backup the first time all data will be copied but when you issue again the command only the changed file are copied. File can be excluded by name or regular expression pattern match.
