SpaVIC is self-contained anti-spam, anti-virus, and Internet content filtering software that installs inside of x86-based PC virtual environments. This approach allows SpaVIC to share resources such as hard disks, video, keyboard, and network services while isolating SpaVIC from the host operating system. This isolation improves system and application confidentiality, integrity, and availability. SpaVIC filters for and will correctly identify spam using the latest techniques, blocks over 30,000 e-mail viruses and phishing scams, and prevents unauthorized Internet access requests. SpaVIC has no user limit licensing requirement, is self-updating, and requires minimum administration.
