And this operation can be made automatically, without participation of the operator. The optical system used in IDATA, does not demand very exact orientation of a surface of a map in relation to a television camera. The big accuracy is required for perusal of the text information disguised on a map. For this purpose the special framework which facilitates orientation of a map is established. The user enters a map in the receiver, and the operator compares three images (latent, seen and the original). It allows establishing authenticity of a map and its owner. The operator can orally ask questions through an intercom. While the operator makes visual identification a computer defines (determines) powers of the owner of a map.
The described system has the following advantages with others existing:
1) The map contains the latent information which facilitates to the operator decision-making in doubtful situations;
2) The information disguised on a map, is inaccessible to the owner, but should it be known;
3) If a map is forged, it is well visible to the operator;
4) The system can use and maps of usual samples;
5) the system \ with a computer, an optical code is latent on a map, is read by dynamic tele-scanning and entered in the machine for identification and acknowledgement(confirmations);
6) It is used optical system with a special source of illumination for revealing the latent information; television system gives the precise high quality image;
7) Quality of the image depends on orientation of a map a little. Other example of systems of identification on special maps is system ADIT developed by firm MITRE Corp. Under the order of immigration service (INS) the USA/65/. Processing of the target information and cryptographic calculations are made for manufacture of maps on COMPUTER IBM 370, and identification of maps and their owners is carried out with use of the mini computer. The face sheet of a map is intended for the visual control. The underside of a map contains a number of figures for which reading the special optical equipment is necessary. On a face sheet the color photo of the owner, a print of an index finger of the right hand and the signature are located. On all surface of a face sheet of a map the complex graphic figure crossing the printed information, a photo, the signature, etc. is put. The Printed information contains data on a name and a surname, date of a birth, registration number, etc. The Underside represents complex multi-color figure and three lines of the figures intended for automatic processing. Automatic monitoring system ADIT can work all day and night. The information put on an underside of a map, will be worn out in memory of the machine at delivery of a map and serves as a reference sample at each check. The main lack of systems IDATA and ADIT is necessity of participation of operators or security guards during identification that reduces reliability operation of systems. Systems of the identification on a voice. In a daily life, communicating with people with the help of phone poured radio communications, the interlocutor frequently learn on a voice. By this fact, naturally, it is impossible, and the identification of people on a voice began to be used for automatic identification. Individuality of a voice is influenced with anatomic features and habits of the person: diapason frequencies of vibration of vocal chords height of tone; frequency characteristics voice path - resonant frequencies drinks, nose and a mouth; loudness as function of time - melody. There are some ways of allocation of characteristic attributes of speech of the person:
a) The analysis of short-term segments. From vowel sounds short segments (for example, with duration 20 ms) are allocated and described by factors of various transformations which characterize features of a voice path. This method does not demand pronouncing of any beforehand set phrase, but is very sensitive to handicaps.
b) The plan metric analysis. The method uses splitting of speech with allocation of one describing component (height of tone, a format, etc.). The sequence of describing components forms a contour. Any transformation is applied. The method describes time structure of pronouncing. It depends on the text, but is the most noise proof.
c) Allocation of statistical characteristics. It is made segmentation of a speech signal. For each segment factors of transformation are calculated and vectors of distribution, average vectors and vectors of disorder pay off. The statistical method is sufficient duration of pronouncing (not less than 12
d). Methods of the analysis of random variables, the correlation analysis are applied to processing the statistical information, etc. Some foreign experts consider that for the technical application research of frequency characteristics in the best way approaches. Special multi channel filters (a package of filters) are applied for this purpose. So, experts of firm Philips suggest 43-channel the filter with a pass band from 100 Hz up to 6,2 . Polling of each channel occurs once in 18 months. The same firm has found a way to reduce the volume of the information required for the analysis speech. As have shown experiments, there are enough 15 channels at the period of scanning 27 Ms. Thus the quantity of the information decreases in 2500 times. The identification is made by comparison of the current data with reference on each channel. For prevention of use of magnetic recording a voice of the present(true) user of a word which are necessary for making for check, on the display in the casual order. The fake of a voice is rather complex and accessible to very much limited circle of persons, having corresponding abilities. Not describing in detail systems of the identification on a voice, we shall specify only, that skilled....
