Problems of maintenance of security considerably become complicated at the organizations of machining of the information in conditions shared where it is focused processed also the information of various assignment collects and accessories. Among problems of maintenance of information security it is possible to allocate questions of the theory, the organization and engineering decisions, which demand the specific approach already at a stage preliminary designing. The first attempts of the decision problems of maintenance of security have mentioned questions of the right, the organizations of access in and to resources.
Especially difficultly decision of these questions at realization of maintenance of security.
Information in databases. A limit of a degree of security of the data in to any system (human or machine) it is defined before in total factors, connected to participation in their work of the person.

Except for that, the accepted mechanisms of maintenance of security should to give the user of means for protection of its programs and the data from it. On a boundary 50-60- years yet It was realized, that the COMPUTER can cause the most various unintentional mistakes and to be a subject of various abasing. In the further the big concentration of files of the information, absence the elementary control over its security and rather low level of reliability of means began to cause at foreign experts alarm in maintenance of security information. With the advent of the COMPUTERS working in a mode of division time, and the computer networks uniting such COMPUTERS, the number of the persons having access to computing has considerably increased to means. It not only users and the attendants, but also administrative and support personnel.
Perfection of technology of processing of the information has led to creation of the information databases containing great volumes the various information, which too shows additional requirements to maintenance of information security. Modern information systems provide simultaneous access to computing resources for many users with territorially the removed terminals.
